She earned her designation from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University, where she majored in Psychology. With over three decades of experience in the healthcare field, Cynthia is a seasoned professional dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through nutrition.

Certified through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants of Canada, Cynthia has established herself as a trusted expert in the field. Her commitment to ongoing education and research is evident in her numerous published articles on various health topics in Canadian magazines.

Specializing in weight management, diabetes, and medical nutrition, Cynthia's expertise extends to addressing conditions such as heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and gastrointestinal disorders. She possesses extensive experience in working with clients dealing with conditions like IBS, Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, as well as catering to the needs of athletes, vegetarians, and vegans.

Since 2006, Cynthia has operated a thriving private practice in Burlington, where she has had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals on their journey to better health. Prior to joining the team at Fairview Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Clinic, Cynthia served as the resident Nutritionist at the Family Health & Integrative Healing Clinic for four years. Subsequently, she practiced at the Fairview Medical Clinic, collaborating with multiple physicians and healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive care to her clients.
